Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback is filed for an order that has been successfully delivered according to carrier tracking records, Gate Three reserves the right to provide order documentation, shipping confirmation, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and any other relevant evidence in response to the dispute.

Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes may be restricted from future purchases.
