Launch Preorders -The Blackout Collection is currently available for preorder.
By placing a preorder, you are reserving your selected frame from our first collection before fulfillment begins.

Preorders are estimated to begin shipping in mid to late July 2026. Please note that this is an estimate and may be adjusted due to factors outside of our control, including international freight transit, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

If there are any meaningful changes to our estimated shipping timeline, we will communicate them promptly via email and our social media channels.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated fulfillment timeline provided at the time of purchase.

Processing Time
All Gate Three orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During launches, limited drops, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If so, we’ll always communicate updates clearly.

Shipping Methods
Gate Three currently ships to addresses within the United States and Canada.

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers based on the destination and the most efficient delivery method available. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

During our launch period, all orders are accepted as preorders. Fulfillment is estimated to begin in mid to late July 2026. Once your order has shipped, standard shipping typically arrives within 5–8 business days for U.S. orders. Express shipping typically arrives within 1–2 business days after shipment.

Canadian delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing.

Shipping Rates
We proudly offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders; no minimum purchase required.

Orders shipping to Canada are available for a flat standard shipping rate of $24.95 USD.

Any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges imposed by Canadian customs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping rate.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on carrier and location.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Gate Three is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Gate Three is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled. Gate Three is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misplaced after confirmed delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist.

International Shipping
Gate Three currently ships internationally to Canada.

Canadian orders are shipped via standard international shipping for a flat rate of $24.95 USD. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges required by Canadian customs. These charges are not included in your shipping rate.
